Recommendedthey have the best customer service and always clean
Terrible service. I was there at 1045 am and no one even came to the window until 11 to take my money or even acknowledge me. When the woman finally came to the window she shoved the food and drink in my hand. I’d rather go out of my way to the one off of Bay Area.
Worlds slowest service. If it wasn’t so close I would never go.
Worst Sonic ever. Don't bother coming here unless you like it when businesses lose your order, forget half of it when they find it and leave you waiting for 45 minutes with 3 kids in your car. Where every day is opposite day, so fast means slow.

Ordered a sweet tea easy ice paid for it via card when the waiter came out he said I didn’t pay. I explained that I paid via card and it said thank you. So he went in and checked and then sent the manager out who said I didn’t pay so I paid Again. Sent the drink back was not sweet tea. Second drink came out tea was again not sweet and now had extra ice. Really wish their staff would get it together, I try every once in a while hoping there has been change but never is!
Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a drink and been waiting over 15 minutes. For my food. Barely anyone in the stalls. Trying to get a. Refund but nobody will answer the screen. I wouldn’t come here. Update:: I finally got my food. It’s cold. The drink is flat. Can’t get a refund. Don’t come here
The hamburger was NOT EVEN hot enough to melt the cheese..... Come on. The tots are NEVER hot either. But I did get to wait for 10 minutes in line for the 1 car in front of me. I think they could have made a fresh burger in that amount of time...just saying.
Just wanted to say that Sam was such an amazing worker tonight! He was so enthusiastic and so friendly!
