Couldnt take my order because they're computer system went down. I guess we can't use pen or paper.
Every time we go there, our order is wrong. Tonight a hamburger with just ketchup and mustard was fully loaded with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. My husbands double cheeseburger was loaded as well, with lettuce that he hates and a rock hard hamburger bun. Doubt we will ever go back.
Next time I'll go to Steak & Shake if I want to pay over $4 for a plain foot long hot dog. At least then I'd get a side with the hot dog for $4. 2 plain foot long hot dogs, a large pop and a medium shake for $17????????? Never again.
Horrible food prep and attitude. Ordered a route 44 Dr pepper No ICE off ice and they gave me diet. Husband ordered chili cheese tots haha 4 tots and cheese, and a foot long chili and cheese coney. Ha no chili and no cheese. Seriously people.
How do you tell people that you aren't making anything with ice cream because your machine is down when half your menu is ice cream based!! Considering that there was only one car in the lot at 830pm, building windows steamed up, I'd guess the staff was cleaning up early and this was their way of getting rid of customers.
Worst Sonic I have ever been started as soon as we hit the button, the person taking orders immediately began with an attitude, vocally sighed over the speaker, couldn't get an easy order right, after about 6 or 7 tries we got as close to what we wanted to order as we were going to get. He continually hurried us along. Worst customer service ever, will not be getting our business ever! For now on we will go to Union Sonic where at least we know we are treated with respect.
