Be wary...the menu board has a notice of new size for the Classic Chocolate Shake. They are charging you for a large size but you get the medium cups. Sonic Corp says that some locations are out of the large cups and are escalating my complaint to upper management.
everything we go there something is messed up the other day my fiances burger patty looked like there was a bit taken out of it, today my fiance tried them again placed an order and had to get going they forgot his ultimate meat and cheese burrito completely. Three girls were chatting away (except for the cashier) and made a huge (potential) deadly mistake by adding nuts to one of the sundays I ordered. My daughter is allergic to nuts and since it was night we could not see the nuts so she has to spit her first bite. Both Sundaya I ordered had nuts but I clearly said no nuts and saw the screen had the instructions but of course girls were not paying attention. Very disappointing.
I love the hot dogs at Sonic but the service is soooooo slow and lousy that I never eat here anymore. It’s frustrating that they don’t acknowledge that you’re here and listening to everyone shout “Hello!!” Into the drive through speaker confirms that I will get my drive through hotdogs at Petros.
