Sat in line for 25min. Then the food wasn’t even right. Won’t be spending any money 💴 there. The people were nice Just slower then hell and got the order wrong.
After waiting for a half hour for my food, it was cold. Good thing I was like number 3 waiting for food. I hate to think how long I would have had to wait when they got busy as we left. Very disappointing, was never like that before.
This sonic is always a disappointment. I would say 8/10 times I’ve been to this location the slushee machine is down/ milkshake machine is down/ the credit card machine is down. It’s a joke. Waiting in line for upwards of 30min to get a corn dog is silly. Not saying I go consistently, but when the wife and I randomly crave sonic, which is close to the house we always gamble on what is going to be down/ not working. Recommendedit was great!! i love Sonic!💓 I enjoy the coney dogs, tater tots, mozzarella sticks, and i love the cherry flavored Diet Dr. Pepper!!😀💓 The service was great too!!😃
If I could give zero I would! I waited 20+ min in the drive thru for 2 shakes! I have been here multiple times over the last few months, and the service just gets worse! It is usually quite awhile in between visits because I sometimes forget why I haven't been there in awhile, and when I get in line o usually remember why. I know not all Sonics are this bad! The service at this location is awful. They need some corporate help!
I just went to this Sonic to take advantage of the half price shake deal. Despite being only the 3rd car in line, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get to the drive thru speaker. There were at least 3 cars behind me that got sick of waiting and left. Once at the speaker, I had to wait an additional 10 min for someone to be ready to take my order. This shithole has an ice cream machine that’s ALWAYS down. 10pm on Saturday night, no ice cream.
This store is supposed to be open until midnight, but that’s apparently optional. I went at 10:25 to get a milk shake and was told that employees had been sent to other stores and there was only one person there to work. The one person was sitting at a table in the front with ANOTHER sonic employee in uniform smoking. Terrible customer service! I had just visited the other local store where I was told they were closed because there were only two employees, one of which was standing at the speaker telling people.
Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes one time, then any other time I go the service is so slow like they don’t have enough employees or something. Wish you’d get it together bc I love the food
