Daughter got a corn dog, batter was uncooked. Not a big deal just give me a hot dog instead...they charged me for the hot dog lol
Apparently using cash at a restaurant is a thing of the past. Just went through the drive thru and tried to pay with a $100 and was told they don't have change for that at lunchtime on a Sunday. So I asked for a manager and that's when Courtney showed up. She was very rude, I asked for a number to a district manager and she said I can't give it out. Apparently she knows she is horrible and trying to save her job. I'll never go back to the location. The 42 location is top notch compared to Mt Zion!!!!
Horrible experience, we pushed the button 3 times no one answered us over 10 mins.went by we went to the drive thru. Our order was half right, the rest was wrong. Our burgers had steal bread, just awful. We drove all the way from Sparta to eat there. Never again, 1st impression is always the last impression!
Terrible service, they were more worried about their cell phones than providing customer service!
Absolutely terrible!! Dried up popcorn chicken, onions on my burger which I ordered without. Wife ordered the ultimate chicken sandwich. There was nothing ultimate about it! I should have just thrown my $25 out the window!
Worst service ever!!!! Partially our fault for waiting an hour in drive thru. However to have 6 people working we should have never waited that long! And to not even get the correct order! And when I called to complain, the manager on duty did not even care a bit!!!
No service. Waited 20 minutes all I got was a hold on a minute response after pushing the button 5 plus times. Then drive thru wouldn't move until 3 cars in a row pulled off to go somewhere else.
