Honestly I'm going to urge other dashers to avoid Sonic cuz what is the point of having an outside stall where you can turn your car off and wait for the order because you want to save on some gas not to have to go through the drive-thru if they don't want to do their job that's their own problem. I'm just urging all doordashers to avoid the adamsville location and do not pick up orders from them. Let the order sit there
I went with my boyfriend just a couple minutes ago, we pulled up to a stall, pushed the button, someone answered and I tried ordering but she told me she couldn’t hear me so I tried repeating myself, she then chose to stop taking my order and act like I was never there. Went to another stall and pushed the button, they answered but said absolutely nothing so I decided to go through the drive thru. They finally decided my money was worth it and the lady was rude. Don’t bother coming if you don’t have 35 mins to wait in a line with no one else in it. Employees that hate their lives will play around while your food sits there getting cold
