Long waits and terrible service
I dont know what it is about Sonics but it's just not the same anymore. Not only did they get my order wrong even though we repeated it several times, my burger was so cold, the cheese didn't even melt. Disappointing.
Just attempted to order our food and they took our order but the screen to pay never came up after waiting 5-10 mins. We hit the button and they said they would put it up on the screen for us and still never did. We waited a total of 20 mins and we were the only car there with no other people ordering. We were frustrated and went to another location in owasso instead.
Super slow and unorganized. Checked in and waited forever. Brought me “Tyler’s” order???? WTH GET TRAINED. People pulling in and getting mad and leaving Ordered lunch but turned to dinner
