So frustrating, I order ahead and it said it will be ready at 2:53 a burger and drink that's it ,I paid ,had to leave at 3:20 because I had to get my kid from school and was gonna be late this was the worst experience ever soooo disappointing....
they were rude and made my drink crappy after asking them 3 times!!
A completely incompetent location, takes forever, order is often wrong.
Went to pick up lunch paid with card at the stall. Girl came out and said I hadn’t paid even after showing her it came out of my account she tried to get me to pay again. She went to get a manager expected manager to follow out after her since this was a them issue. I asked if she was going to be quick, and the girl who brought it out originally said “don’t bite off my head and don’t come back if you don’t like how we do business”. Went to get my family supper, It was a total waste of money. I’m a general manager myself. The grease was either not filtered, or the fries were held way beyond there hold time or they redropped them to heat them back up. They are cooked well beyond edible. The burger patty was also well over cooked to where it’s super dry and hard to eat. Please don’t serve product that you yourself would not eat bc we are paying $ for shitty product….
