Everytime I come here, I am reminded why I rarely come to this location. When we lived in Arkansas, we literally visited Sonic every, single day. I have only visited this location once without having an issue. They either get my order wrong or charge me wrong every time. It also always take forever!! It has taken me six years to write this review, but I just had to this time. So bad.

I guess it really doesn't matter what time of day it is.. I spent alot of money.. this time almost 45.00.. you asked if they will please make fresh. Chicken bites taste as rubber fries cold you can not get anything hot & fresh but they sure want to charge as if.. then you ask if you can have drink carrier well they want to give you the carrier but no drinks. I had a terrible experience at Sonic recently that left me extremely disappointed. I waited over 20 minutes just for two drinks, and the employees moved at a painfully slow pace with noticeably poor attitudes. When I pressed the speaker button to check on my order, I was told to “hold on,” and ended up waiting another 10 minutes before anyone responded. The people are nice but the food not to great. I ordered med cheeze fry and this is what I get. I worked for Sonic nearly 10 years in my early years and never would we have done this. Yeah Sonic no more. Less than a small fry and my corn dog was not fully cooked.
