Honestly I'm giving this review mainly because of the staff, they're rude and snappy in the drive through yet take way too long to ask what my order is. Its not any better with the ordering kiosks either as they take too long to answer so i refuse to come to this location here anymore I'll drive all the way across town because the other sonic provides me way better service. This location's staff need to work on their attitudes its a shame i have to drive further out of my way just to get sonic.
Sat in the stall for 15 minutes hit the button multiple times and no one answered or came out to check. I am the only one here. But people in the drive through are getting served and I'm still waiting.
Food is delivered with a smile. They go above and beyond. My food always excedes expectations.
The burger I ate was appalling! The buns were wet and made my hands all sticky. There was only one condiment and it was really runny and made me almost throw up… the burger also had no pickles, onions or anything on it like what the order applied for! And the patty was bone dry/well-done and no one wants that… final verdict? Awful food experience that even a health inspector would deny!!
Normally I leave very happy with my order but tonight a server with pink hair dropped my drink and instead of taking the time to fix it she spilled it all over me handing it to me.... :( didn't even offer to fill it back up
