We ordered two Sonic Blasts through the app and set a 5 minute pick-up time. We arrived and pulled into one of the spaces reserved for Mobile Order Pick-up seven minutes after placing the order. The app wouldn't accept check-in at that spot. I moved over to the spot closest to the M.O.P. spots and checked in. When our Blasts were delivered, they were both melted enough that they would have been able to be drank with a straw.

Spent 25 minutes of my lunch break waiting for someone to take my order. After trying to get someone's attention and being ignored the entire time, I finally left. Will never return to this location. Key West has the absolute worst customer service of any town I've ever lived in. The people who work here are an actual joke. I would be ashamed to work at these places. What an embarrassment.

Wir haben Sonic Drive-In Key West besucht, leider aber nichts gegessen, da es nur Sitzgelegenheiten draußen gibt. An dem Tag war es einfach zu heiß, und an einem anderen Tag hat uns die Zeit gefehlt, nochmal vorbeizuschauen. Trotzdem wirkt der Ort einladend, das Menü ist abwechslungsreich. Ich habe das aktuelle Menü fotografiert und hochgeladen, um anderen Gästen die Auswahl zu erleichtern. Guten Appetit an alle, die hier einkehren! 🥤

Half of their employees barely speak English, and the service was absolutely diabolical. Trashiest Sonic I've ever been to. The employees just stare at you as you're waiting for your order to be taken... I went up to the door, it was wide open mind you, and all 5 of them inside were on their phones. One of them greeted me with "What's wrong? Do you need something?" Then I finally got my order taken after waiting for 10 minutes. The sonic blast I ordered slapped though
