I’ve been too plenty of Sonic’s and worked at one too. The kids or adults working here have no manners. Had to come back because they messed up my order I informed the carhop and she just rolled her eyes and gave a nasty attitude. This might be a bit pretentious of me, and I’ve never had an issue with this place and the staff has always been friendly however, I just found out today that they don’t take tap pay on your phone, and that just seems a bit strange to me only becauseI’ve been to the most rundown businesses you can think of before and even they take tap pay on your phone. Place can never get an order right with us. We don’t even order complicated food! Half my order was missing, the other half inedible. Quite frankly, there’s better Sonic’s around. I suggest the one in Colleyville off 26/Brown if you want edible food and your order to be correct. If I’m paying damn near $50 for 3 people, at the bare MINIMUM, I’m expecting my order to be correct.
Team is always super friendly, my order is always accurate and fresh!!
