Old school sonic
I was picking up an Uber Eats order for ONE SINGLE cup of soft serve. I sat there for over 10 minutes and watched two cars who arrived after me leave before me. I had to get their attention through the speaker and I received no apology or explanation as to why this small item wasn’t brought out. It wasn’t even my food. I felt so bad for the customer. I’m so done with this Sonic.
I’ve given this sonic a couple chances and Im done for good. Everytime I go the order is wrong, and burger is cold, the team you have here needs some motivation or coaching because it’s like they don’t care. Never coming back.
Went to your sonic at appt. 1:00 pm today and pushed button waited 5 minutes and my server never answered. So we left since we were there for lunch, there was a car there like someone worked there but never answered. Lonna Baker
