Went here for birthday treat and was met with complete rude behavior. I will never visit this sonic again.
Incredibly rude. The person taking our order, Chris, (2 coneys and a jr burger,) hung up on us while my grandmother was trying to specify what she wanted on her burger, and when he came back to order, was barking at her to just tell him what she wanted, which she was trying to do. I've worked at Sonic, so I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to customer service, but his tone and demeanor honestly took me aback.
