Been waiting over 20 for ice creams blasts only had 2 cars when I arrived
Horrible service drive through worker was rude and disrespectful and used profanity. Wouldn't let me talk and yelled to keep me from talking. Seems like every time me or a coworker comes here the system is always down.
I hated this place. Ordered a couple burgers onion rings and cheese tator tots. 11:03 AM. At 11:38 the food came out so we decided to go ahead and eat there. Pulled out the cheese tator tots... 4 tots with one drop of cheese on one tot. 3 crushed onions for the onion rings and one burger looked as if someone had taken a bite out of it. Never been through the drive thru, but I did last week. As i looked inside, i couldn't believe what i saw. It was so disgusting! Need to learn how to wipe n clean as you go! Just disgusting.
Bought $5 worth of food and get charged for asking for a cup of water..sad!
So apparently asking them to stay open until their posted hours is out of the question. Went there at 11:30 (open until 12) and they stopped serving. When questioned I was told "so you like making people's days miserable?" That was from the manager. This place is great. #horrible #customerservicefails
Usually they're okay at this location. Have had one major food screw up and a couple of minor. Staff is very friendly though.
