I've been there twice in the last five months and both times they were out of ice cream and the kid couldn't make change....I understand they don't pay much and hire what they can get but they definitely lack a lot of training I've also seen a lot of employees outside laughing while one person is inside working..you'll never be at the level of whataburger they have it together!
Drove from 15 minutes away from a burger and waffle cone. Ordering was a mess and so was the staff. Orders got confused, I almost didn't get my drink and my cone was melted by the time I got to the window. Won't be revisiting.
What in the fifth grade is going on with this crew at this particular Sonic? 5th graders act better. There was one male at the side drive through door laughing loud and socializing with his co-workers. Then the girl at the drive through was to busy rushing orders that my order was completely wrong. For been petty hoes about what your paying customers do om their own damn time smh
Always love the service the best shakes in town. It's a little off the bet and path. But it's nice to have a place to spend sometime with the one you love.
Have stopped here 3 times on the way home from work and ordered the cheeseburger/onion rings special. 2 of those times I was told they were out of onion rings.
