Ed and his crew are the best in town!!! Even if they are busy they always push to get your item's out to you in a timely manner!! I love his holiday decorating!!!! And the outpouring of support he gives to the community is well above and beyond!!
Such rude and slow service. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to answer the intercom. Then Deborah, the lady who finally answered was just rude. ‘Huh? I can’t hear you!’ Along with some snark remarks. Idk why I keep coming back to this place wasting my whole lunch hour waiting on food. Oh and the food is never fresh. My popcorn chicken was soft, stale and cold. Was not asked or offered a drink. Although hedi, the carhop is always a sweetheart.
This sonic is the absolute worst. I’ve emailed customer service about it multiple times. I finally received a response saying I would hear from a manager and I never heard from one. The food takes forever and a day to come out and then it’s almost never correct. I keep going back and hoping it will get better, but I won’t be going to this location again.

Not sure how this location is still even open. Went there last night for a drink, never got an answer at the stall after pushing the button. Noticed there were a couple of their employees outside hanging out with their friends. One was even two stalls away from us. Needless to say we left without a drink and will not be back. We have given that location enough chances. Sadly we like Sonic and this is the location closest to us. pretty annoyed with sonic tonight. we ordered drinks and 2 of them were slushies with nerds.. well we got them and they had none in them they brought us out 2 more. we left. got home and it was pretty much watered down juice with nerds sprinkled on top. 😒 they werent even slushies. waste of my 15 bucks .
Slowest Sonic I have ever been to
Rudest employees ever!! You can clearly see the order they are putting in. When I corrected them when they entered something in wrong they were very unprofessional. I refuse to ever give this location my business. It's so sad how much this one went down hill with their service.
