RecommendedGreat food, however very disappointing as I did not see one hedgehog.
ordered a shake they gave me a tea, I had pulled forward by the time I noticed, I drove back around and waited to long, no one came out to see what I needed, I had to park and took drink inside, didn't have time to wait for another shake, made me run later during lunch hr.

l have pictures of my food l got from them recently an its so burnt l could not eat it was like a rock. l wish l had noticed before l got home with the food or l would of asked for a refund an ate else where.

I just paid $4 for a cookie dough blast that ended up being a cup full of plain vanilla ice cream with less than a tablespoon full of cookie dough pieces sprinkled on top and no whipped cream. This is not the first time I’ve received a “blast” like that from the Westland location. If you’re looking for dessert, you should go literally anywhere else.
Some of the staff need training in customer service.
The F bomb should never be dropped in a business where the customer hears it through the windows. 15 month old babies in the car and this is what they get to hear at Sonic. Add the fact they can’t take an order right and wouldn’t know how to be professional and treat customers with respect is why I wouldn’t recommend the Sonic in Fitzgerald Ga. Go somewhere else.
horrible service and our food came out cold. our Chile Fritos were like 3 Fritos in a pool of Chile. this is the second time in 2 weeks. figured we would give it a try in case it was a bad night. nope. lost our business.
Sonic on Ogeechee Road: Home of the least number of functioning drive in stalls in America! Seriously, a non-trivial number of spots either have broken card readers, broken intercoms, or both. Good luck playing musical chairs with your car until finding one that works!
