This place is a shit hole! They screw up your order everytime! You order one thing and guess what is wrong not even close!
This place is overrated. so not worth the drive or money. And they dont have a restroom for payor customers.
They closed the stalls at 4:30 PM on a Sunday, while the place was backed. Tried to comment to customer service TWICE, never heard back. From the looks of some of the comments here, I am not the only one. Too bad, I like the food (though it probably not good for me). Fortunately, there are lot of options out there.
I was just there and the person manning the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional. News flash, if you don't like your job, LEAVE. Having a shitty day? LEAVE. DON'T stay there and yell at the customers for your bad day. My chicken crisp meal wasn't good either.
Damn lights mostly off. Cant see menu board. Graffiti still there weeks later. Restroom has sign reading closed to vandalism. Clueless with their special mix drinks. And Travis has the most annoying speaker monotone ever!
Not a great first experience at sonic. The commercial brings a lot of hype, so I bit the bullet and drove here from San Jose. The employees seemed to hate their jobs, they were unenthusiastic and didn't really come close to providing the experience I expected. Fries were stale, the boneless wings were fried much earlier and not mention messy (we got only 2 napkins) and the food took a while to get out to the car and was slightly more expensive than I'd expect for the quality. I don't know if it just me but every time I come to sonic I get he worst customer service like the employees don't like there job. I went up to the window to pay and I asked if they can delete an item the person that took the order to told the cook to cancel 1 of the items then the cook told her in Spanish something and hpper answer back in Spanish "oh it not my fault" hello I understand Spanish no oe said it not your fault.... some of your employees needs some customers service training or look for another job if don't like
