Even McDonald's at it busiest times give better customer service. I was told I couldn't add a drink to my order at the drive threw. I saw my Sunday sitting on the counter and the 2 cars in front of me took so long that by the time I got it, it was melted. Wouldnt take it back No whipped cream, they got mad when I asked for nuts. The "Large" milkshake I got was all cream. Got mad when I said I didn't want the Sunday. So paid and left.
What a horrible first experience here. Not only was the person taking my order incredibly rude, but she made me repeat my order 6 times and then said the system was down and to repeat it again. So I just said nevermind and she said okay by and hung up. I am only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I ended up going through the drive through, hoping for a different person and I got it! Still don't think I'll be back though.
