cook the food correctly so people don't get sick
They took 20 min to bring us our fast food and got the shake we ordered wrong and this was our first time at a Sonics drive - in
in drive thru, a blast and the 3 workers in the back of the kitchen were gabbing and standing around. drive thru worker was taking money and getting the orders. she was so busy that she didnt even mix up the blast. it was all ice cream on the bottom and oreo thrown on top. of course another fast food chain going down and im sure the kitchen is disgusting. no management around to be a boss to the teenagers they hire.
Finally tried Sonic. Meh
This store ia consistently slow. Waited 90 minutes in the drive thru one night. Today we were looking at an hour when I decided to leave. Will not stop here again
Crappiest service I’ve ever gotten. It took one full hour to get three burgers done correctly with several failures. I would have loved a refund but got a free shake so, yay? Seriously, I’m not happy at all that this was my son’s birthday meal request and they screwed it up so badly. Never again
Service was horrible, we waited like 20 minutes just to place the order, people that had order already started leaving because they’ve been waiting for their food way too long .. we ended y up leaving too.
