I ordered a burger today and the lady on the headset said, "we have to cook the burger so it's going to take a few minutes, is this going to be ok?" to which I responded "yeah, I would expect you to cook it".
Good food....terrible customer service....major bee problem.....just shrugged shoulders.... Won't be back!

This is the slowest service ever, always. By the time I get food, it's room temp. Almost every time. Last week I asked the person at the drive up window if they had a scoop to use for putting ice in a cup. He said yes. I asked why he didn't use it instead of using my drink cup as the scoop. He said it was just easier that way. I pointed out the little missing pieces of the cup around the top. I mentioned his hand touches the ice every time he does that.Yuck.
