Everytime it's something!! I HATE this sonic. Tonight the problem is no ice cream at 9:30! Aren't you an ice cream/shake/burger joint?? Understaffed?? Guess you need to hire. And maybe figure out why it's summer break and you have NO teenage workers that you could hire. Sounds like your management sucks!! Dairy Queen has ice cream and teenage workers �
If you contact corporate about how horrible this place is they don't even contact you back. Just shut it down...
Half price shakes after 8, not a true statement!! Should say no ice cream or shakes after 8!!! Every single time I try to order ice cream after 8 I am told they are out of Ice cream. I believe they just quit making ice cream before 8 to avoid the half price shake rush!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!
Took 20 minutes to go through the drive thru and when I got to the window they didn't even know what I had ordered. Very poor service.
I think this place was closed during the day. Drive thru was closed. When I parked in the bay, pushed the button, and no one answered.
Only one person working and out of ice cream??? What is wrong with these Sonic establishments on Sheridan??? Sonic headquarters needs to take a look into how these places are being managed.

Incredibly slow service. Over 30 minutes for 4 milkshakes. Very understaffed for spring break & located by the movie theater & skating rink. They were out of whipped cream (how do you run out of whipped cream?? Send someone to king soopers!!) Rude delivery with no apology for the wait & they tried to charge me again even though I paid at the ordering station & had a receipt. I've tried this location a couple of times and every single time i have been disappointed.
The manager really needs to have more than one employee working the lunch shift
