Kind of slow. They messed up my drink size. I order a 440z and they gave me a 32oz, other then that it was okay
7/23 6:20pm. We where the only people here ordered the new BLT you guys are advertising with chicken and also popcorn chicken and cheddar peppers and buffalo chicken wings. You can tell all the chicken has been sitting for a while cold and rubbery chicken old bacon on the BLT let’s not forget the cheese that was forgotten as well the cheddar peppers cold and cheese hard. This is PATHETIC! Only people here and you guys are so LAZY you can’t even make fresh food. Will never eat here again. YOU HAVE ONE JOB! Zero stars
Bad service waited over 10 minutes for my drink never got it tried pushing the button again for service they would not respond tried calling them on my phone they would not answer
this place is absolutely awful! I waited for over 30 minutes to have them take my order ( which why I ever wanted that long to begin with still I'm trying to figure out why I would do that to myself ) so I decided to walk up to look in through the windows to see how busy they were notice some girl with a face piercing vaping inside the store! that's when I decided I had enough and finally left I went to Wendy's across the street and within five minutes I had my food and decent service!
I'd like to know why there's a 30-plus minute way every time I've been to this location. Tonight I attempted to go not only I but a few other cars sat there for 30 minutes well we watch the employees inside vaping and never even got our order taken we have now taken our business across the street to Wendys. This location is constantly having issues the people that work here have no idea what they're ever doing.
Manager came out to notify. Us. He has no employees. Hmmm. The three people inside don’t. Work for. You? are you being. Robbed. An for the record. A good. Manager can run the show by him or herself. Get a new one.
I went yesterday with my grandson and was told they were to busy to take my order. WHO SAYS THAT!
So we went to sonic this evening. I would have given the service a 1 star based on the kid taking our order. He was extremely rude. The home girl that brought out our food was absolutely amazing. Super sweet and charismatic. She gladly took my food back that was prepared wrong. Definitely need more employees like her there. She was awesome.
