Took my son to get a ice cream slush for happy hour and after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru the girl working the window said they were out of ice cream. So I ordered 2 slushies because that's all they had. The car in front of me got shakes so when I pulled up she told me they close down the ice cream machine an hour early to clean. I'm usually an understanding person but this is bad business. Don't have a late night happy hour if it's not available all night! I waited over 20 minutes to get my drink for the drive home. I will not be going to this Sonic again!!
Service was so slow. Waited for at least 1/2 hour to get first part of order. Food was cold..it sucked.
Its obviously rocket science to most of the workers. Speak slow and use as many details when ordering as u can. Or it will come out wrong. Every time
Since when does a drive in restaurant only allow orders through the drive through. Kinda makes u McDonald's
Went there to get some fast but good food and it took them over 30 mins to get my food, after I got out and questioned them did I get my food and hopefully they didn't charge my card because I slid it at the ordering point. This sonic at 84th and Washington is the worst sonic ever always a very slow place. � Any other sonic I've been to has been great.
Worst Sonic experience ever. Trying to quickly grab a bite to eat because it's a really hectic stressful day. First they forget Eddie's food and as the kid's returning to fix our order he makes sure to stop and talk to his friends, soggy bun ( when we finally got it), stale cold fries, 2 of the smallest napkins ever, one candy (we split it in half) Styrofoam in my drink, and the kid never came back with anything to drink the shake with...never again
Over ten min for corn dogs wtf. Can make them faster at home
Waited there for 20 min no one took our order and there was only one other car in parking lot. Called to speak to manager she was very rude.
