Just placed and order through the app. Ordered 3 piece chicken strip meal, large sweet tea, small butterfinger blast. Pulled into stall 5 and checked in via the app. The food came out fast. However, all the food was cold and the chicken was burnt (hardly what I would call “flispy”). Then I order, from the app, a medium chocolate shake. Everytime we come to your Sonic our food is cold and premade burgers tots fries and chicken sandwich. Tonight it was cold and burnt how do you do that. And you never get the order right. And to top it off no ice cream machine working during half price shake time what is up with that. Horrible. Had to get our money back
I normally love sonic but this is awful. The bun is rock hard. The burger is so cold the cheese won't melt.
This is one of the worst places. Close it down.
Went there to get a burger. I live.03 of a mile from them. Got home, brought all my stuff in from the car. Sat down to eat, the buns and burgers are ice cold!!!! Tried calling 4 times and no one will answer the phone! I will bring my cold burger back tomorrow for a refund!
Food was okay, but no napkins or ketchup were offered when food was presented. I guess you have to request that stuff these days?
Worst Sonics. Every time I go here there is a wait. Today they weren't taking orders grim the stalls only drive thru. That was backed up around the corner! They need new mgmt.

Customer service is shit. Waited over 15 minutes just to have someone come over the speaker to take my order, then they fucked it up. Their drive thru was closed off also.
