If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! THIS IS THE WORST SONIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! One when I FINALLY pulled up to the window they were making my slushes I ordered. Mind you I used to work at sonic. When you have drinks in drive thru you should really been running drinks out so you don't have a long wait! Went there 2 months ago. Service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then when opening it at home everything was soaked in grease! Called the main offive and complained. Was told they would expidite a report to the restaurant where i purchased the food. Never heard a thing, surprise! This restaurant has really gone downhill. Took pictires of all the grease but dont know how to post them. Nasty!
Rude customer service. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another location.
Pulled into stall 12 n after pushing red button more than 3 times and 15 minutes later no response from anyone to take my order. A car pulled up n young man came to there vehicle n took their order! When young man was walking back to building I yelled are these things working - no response. What a waste of time! I won't be coming back to this location EVER as their customer service sucks!

What a horrible experience it was attempting to order 4 mini shakes as a quick late night snack for myself, my 9 year old twin boys and my husband. I arrived at approximately 9pm tonight to a broken drive-thru and pulled into stall #25. Young lady taking my drive threw order (4/13/17 @4:45pm) was rude and agitated. I understand they were running a special (half price shakes) but I waited patiently only to be treated as though I was an inconvenience or the cause of her anger. I felt like saying something but I didn't. This has been my experience at sonic the last few trips. I will not be going back and that is a shame because my kiddos love the slushys.
