If I could give this store zero stars I would. Service is rude and unhelpful, food is cold and seems to have been sitting around for quite awhile, shakes and drinks are never filled up and wait times are ridiculous.
Food is ok, but today I took my 5 year old as a treat, because he really wanted a ninja turtle toy. Gig meal, no toy. Had to ask, and we were told they were out. My son was a big boy about it, but he's very disappointed. No kid wants a kids meal with no toy! They could have let us know beforehand at least.
They couldn't get a simple hamburger order straight!! Only mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, what could be hard about this?? To think they want 10-15 dollars an hour is crazy!!
