Worse service. Say there 10 mins with no help. Will not be back. Employees are rude. Caking management doesn’t help. So don’t waste your time with that. Never got my order taken so i left and Wendy’s will have my business now.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Cannot get ONE order right. This isn't the first time this mess has happened and I'm sick of coming here and getting ripped off again and again. I ordered med tot med Chile cheese tot med cake batter shake and a med Oreo cookie blast. They bring order out 19 min later with everything thing except Oreo blast . they bring cookie dough blast. I tell the attendant this not what I ordered she goes in brings same blast and added OREO on top I tell her again Oreo blast only. she brings back same blast with some of cookie dough off top and added a lot of Oreo on top AGAIN .i get home and there is cookie dough mixed in. This sonic is the absolute worst. I’ve emailed customer service about it multiple times. I finally received a response saying I would hear from a manager and I never heard from one. The food takes forever and a day to come out and then it’s almost never correct. I keep going back and hoping it will get better, but I won’t be going to this location again.
It needs better management
Food and drinks are good and I understand accidents happen. But their insurance is a pain in the rear to deal with when trying to get your paint fixed due to a tray being dropped down the side of your vehicle.
PSA: if you go to the sonic in Gluckstadt and use the cub scouts reusable scout card for a discount make sure to tell them you need it back. Girl threw mine away and said it had already went to the dumpster. ��� I was offered nothing in return but a “sorry”.
We’ve always had very friendly service here, but unfortunately the food is hit or miss big time! The last couple of times we’ve eaten here our food is cold/stale, (like even our kids think it’s gross and they’re hard to gross out) or order is wrong and items are missing. There’s not much in the way of convenient food over in this area so it really stinks when what is available isn’t good.
Food cold... had to ask if I could at least have hot food! They get ticked if you won’t let them take your card inside when they can clearly punch it in when they get out to your car if it won’t work for you. No wonder we rarely go anymore!
