The service has always been disappointingly slow here. Tonight I placed an order, waited 25-30 min, then pushed the button again to ask where my food was. The girl said, “it’ll be right out.” Guy comes out, hands me my 2 drinks and a bag of food, I glanced at the receipt, it appears correct- 2 drinks and 2 burger meals- and went home. When I get home and look in the bag there’s only 1 burger and 1 fry. So didn’t get what I paid for. I won’t be back.
when they first opened service was great. now they are slow, took 32 minutes to get order that was cold and melted shake. if I had to guess, there's a new manger now
Just wasted an HOUR over 5 slushes and 1 corn dog. I can't believe I came back to this nasty place after the last bad experience here which also cost me time and money. No worries I will not be back. Y'all really need some sonic? go to the one off medgar evers, they always do a great job.
My food was 25$ they ran my card 3X for different transactions & tried to act as if they didn’t know what was going on. I ended up losing 78$. & they acted as if it was nothing they could do.
Worst blasts around. Nothing but ice cream with the topping placed on top. Nothing mixed in.

Currently 20 minutes and counting... After reading the reviews I’ve noticed slow service is a trend here.
