Every time we go, something happens. A few days ago, we went and sat for fifteen minutes, and they never even answered the call button! They constantly forget things when we order, and often don't pull the screen up so I can check and see if they got the order correct. We usually wait anywhere between fifteen minutes and an hour for our order. Took 15 minutes to get 1 slush. You know you're busy when school gets out so you should be more prepared.
Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for 2 ice creams. Everyone was driving off without food. I understand its busy but management needs to staff
They did great. We only had to wait maybe 5 min for a sandwich and tots.
I am just heading home after a long night at work. Ordering 5 boom boxes was probably not what they wanted to here at 9:30. The order was politely taken by a younger female and the order was handed out by a gentleman. He was very polite! Order was correct and no complaints!
Stopped in for 2 drinks...yes just 2 large pops. Took literally 11 min! 11 min for 2 sodas. In the drive threw no less. Then she the "Manager" brings 1 drink out and reads my order 2 me. I said where's the other drink. Her response was " oh I'll get it when I bring your credit card out". First of all how the hell did she know I was even going to use my credit card.
