I went to order sonic blast for my kids and they "ran out" of ice cream then they added a coke to my order that i didn't order and when i tried to get them to take it off they acted like i was dumb and didn't understand what i was talking about. It took forever to get my orders even when I order online. This is the absolute worse sonic around I really hope basehor gets a new fast food place. Out of all the Sonics that closed down this place should of been number one. smh I will not return I'll go all the way to Edwardsville ... read more

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been too! Manager doesn't want to fix things. Young people running it that don't give a crap! Order is wrong every single time.

Just watched one employee do nothing but stand around talking for nearly 10 minutes while I waited for a root beer and an ice cream cone. This place is the worst. Won’t donate any more of my money.
Do any of you know how to answer the stalls when people hit the button? Seriously, how is this even an operating establishment? no one likes doing their jobs, apparently....

Apparently sonic in basehor doesn't like doimg their job. Show up at 10:45pm to order two ice cream cones. Not only am I ignored at the drive, i pull up to the sign, press the button.i watch the manager pull off her headset. So i pull up to the drive through window, and i am told by the young lady that they're closed. I asked what time they closed. They said 11. By this time it is still 1053. The manager then threatens to call the cops (faking the call). And instructs the employees to lock all the doors. Cops never show up. ... read more
