No me parecio el servicio,muy pesimo servicio nos hicierom esperar mas de 20 minutos y la orden nunca llego,mi primera vez y no vuelvo a regresar.
I just had the rudest service I have ever received in the drive thru, The employee Fernando had such an attitude and smart mouth that I never ordered and drove across town to a competitor. I asked to speak to a manager and he said ya right and a Manager never made contact. After 5 mins I left I complained on the corporate site
So many deals I could eat there all week , but I think Tuesday is my favorite. 1/2 off cheeseburgers and 1/2 off shakes. WooHoo
So we ordered shakes been sitting here for about 20 decided to push the button. The guys say oh the machine is broken and it should be fix within 5 minutes and yet no one says anything Carhop going to different cars nothing. My food is getting cold. Customer not happy do a better job so that you can keep me as a repeat customer. Not a good job not.. No nope not a good job.
Chicken asiago, the #10 is my favorite. Excellent variety to choose from as far as ice cream/milkshakes. �
Had a problem this time. My husband went to get me a treat and it was supposed to be snickers and Reese's he paid extra and when he got home and gave it to me he went to bed. It was turtle?! Just walnuts and chocolate chips is all I tasted. Luckily I was not allergic and I'm hoping whoever got mine isn't allergic to peanuts otherwise I see a lawsuit pending.
Took my family there for lunch today. Ordered our food and waited for over 30min. I asked if they had forgotten my ordered and they said it was coming....waited 10 more minutes and rice off. Seriously ruined the entire day! Never again!!
