I NEED A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME PLEASE today August 11 I visited the Sonic located in Lansing, Kansas. I ordered a large pineapple slush and order of mozzarella sticks. As I'm drinking my drink there was nothing else to drink but the cup is still full of ice slush. I take the lid off and I find a bug in my drink and also just ice but no flavoring. Terrible terrible service! How hard is it to get an order straight when you're NOT busy?? Took way to long to get our order then when you give it to us you try to charge us twice! We get home and obviously someone can't tell the difference between mayo and ketchup and clearly no one checks to make sure the order is correct!
Apparently ordering "extra" of any dipping sauce means "don't give them ANY." I wouldn't take the time to find this Facebook page and write this review if this didn't happen every. single. time.
I call to check about 50 cent corndogs the person said yes they are 50 cents then when we get there we can't get them because we didn't have a text for then why did the person not say this on the phone instead of us having to drive there to find that out
Regardless of what time of the day I go here, they are always fast, courteous and professional. These girls are great, they make every visit a pleasant experience. The 2 Sonics in Leavenworth are crap compared to the one in Lansing.
