They never get your order correct. They read it back correctly then make your food wrong....for example i ordered a cheeseburger with mayo and pickle only and they loaded it down with lettuce and tomatoe....this has happened 3 times now. Ill take my business elsewhere

Second time in two weeks that they have ran out of drink carriers. I order 8 drinks and they never tell you until you are at the window. Seriously, I can't drive and hold 8 drinks!
I have literally waited over 10 mins for a drink! Won't be going back!
This place is pathetic! Ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese burritos, had to wait 15 minutes at the window. No one was in a hurry, got our burritos and I would not have fed them to my dog. Tortilla was falling apart, no sausage and the egg was burnt and dry. Called back to let them know and no one was concerned. No offer of coupons or anything, just thanks for letting us know. Horrible food and customer service!
Super sonic double bacon cheese burger is probably the best out there.
Fast, friendly service and what an awesome deal 1/2 off all day shakes/malts! Love our hometown Sonic!
