Do yourself a favor and drive 2.5 miles north to the Leavenworth Sonic next to McDonald's. Unlike the Lansing location, there is friendlier staff, faster service, food is fresh and they have never made my order wrong. One bad experience can be chalked up to a bad day...but we have had a bad experience EVERY time we've been there in the last two years!

My husband ordered a Jr. Bacon Breakfast Burrito and got a tortilla with cheese, sausage and no egg. I tried to call the store repeatedly, over 20 times, and got an answering machine every single time. I have ordered from this location almost daily since it opened and will not be returning. I am so done with crap food quality and customer service.

I wanted to share an extremely unpleasant experience my family and I had at your restaurant at 715 Town Center dr. In Lansing, KS. When we pulled up to the drive through to place our order, it was functioning at a volume that made it almost impossible to hear and place an order. The employee taking the order, Breylle, made no effort to ensure the order was correct. When we pulled to the window, I mentioned that the speaker is to quiet to hear. A few days ago I sent my dad to get my a caramel brownie blast. He told them I was pregnant and that the few times I’ve been there, they never got my order right (slightly true lol). Boy did they deliver!!! I had the best blast here and they even offered my dad pickles to go along with it. So cute! To the staff who tended to my dad, THANK YOU! I had a delicious treat to munch on �
We visit this Sonic a lot. Orders are messed up way to often and the attitude you get from the employees is ridiculous. How dare a customer interrupt their day and try and order something. I have brought it to the attention of management. Apparently, management doesn’t care. They need to send some of their employees over to Chick-fil-a to get a grasp on customer service.
