I had a taste for a chili coney...got it home and the dog wasn't even cooked!!! It was like they just pulled it out of package and stuck it on the bun....got 2 footlongs for me a hubby and we only ate 1/2 and the tater tots were nasty too. Very disappointed!!!!! OH!!! And the shake I got wasn't mixed...the chocolate was all at the bottom :(
Terrible customer service in the mornings. I go there just about every morning i work and always have the worst service. I dont even order food its always drinks. They make you feel like they could careless about what i want. They handed me my change this morning and shut the windows didnt even say a word to me. It happens all the time and im probably not going back. I work in customer service i know how your suppost to treat customers and thats not it.

Food is good but bad service idk how many times I had to tell them what I want on my food and yet still got it wrong Smh 3×'s Come on sonics I know u can do better!
Had it twice and it wasnt very good, won't be back
It was great! The service was great and the food was delicious! Whenever I'm that way again I'll eat at that sonic again!

Fast, friendly service will definitely go back... my kids loved the Sonic balloons.
