We sat there for over 20 mins never got any service. Car pulled 15 minutes in after us, got their food. Poor experience!!
I just love the hot dogs here.
We just got food in the drive thru. Got home and all 4 of the mozzarella sticks were empty of cheese. They all had exploded and no cheese was even in them anymore.
Since the drive thru always takes 20+ minutes, I decided to order with the app. I ordered at 7:39, sat in the stall after checking in until 8 and finally decided to try and get to someone. Pressed the red button twice and never got to talk to anybody. Came over to the drive thru line and explained the issue. They told me I should have my food soon. I asked if I should stay in line & they said yes. So I sat in the drive thru line anyway, until 8:15. In the meantime, saw two employees on their phones. Finally got to the window... read more

the girl taking the orders for drive through clearly hated her job. nasty attitude then the fries were old and cold. nope never again.

The staff at the Rossford store is clueless. We ordered two fresh fruit slushes through the drive thru. Long story short, someone didn't know what the hell they were doing. One person contradicted another, the cashier had NO people skills and they tried to give us shakes in place of slushes. And apparently they use frozen strawberries in their Fresh fruit strawberry slushes.
I was a regular here , and one of my favorite was your smooth vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone but since you have remove it from your menu, I'll remove my business from your restaurant.
