Horribly slow service. 2 of 3 times, their ice cream machine was broke. Cannot seem to get orders correct either. Never coming back.

once again sonic has dissappointed me! you closed the Celina location. rossford you have to go through the drive thru then try to find a place to park! I drove 45 minutes to be let down again! thanks for nothing!

Slowest service I have ever seen at a drive thru. 20 minutes for two slushes and a cherry limeade. Save your time and pay a little more elsewhere.

Worse service ever and they workers had no gloves in or mask and took for ever with about 10 cars waiting to get are food as they were all standing around laughing and the female manager at the window was rude as all get out totally never will I waste time there ever again 100% and pace the word because I seen nothing but a joke work force at the Perrysburg location on 20!

I sat at the drive through speaker 5 minutes without any communication from the employees. There were no cars in front of me at the drive through but multiple behind me. I pulled up a couple times thinking they hadn’t heard me pull in. Still, no one asked for my order. I thought the speaker may not be working so pulled to the window to place my order. Sad to say this is the second time we waited at the drive thru and asked to wait a minute. 15 minutes later still sitting at the order speaker with no help and a line of cars. Last week my son waited after an online order for 30 minutes at a speaker and left after he paid for the food because our grandkids were in the car. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service. We won’t be back.

mess up my order period!!! over cook cheese on hamburger which I said no cheese. gave me double bacon which I did not request. no more sonic for me.
