Garbage!! Waited 25 mins gave our food to the wrong car then tried to pass it off to me really?????
I work here and know that there is a lot we have to work on but am also aware of how far they've come. Amazing staff. Great food. And wonderful drinks. Everything is made to order. Which is awesome for a fast food place. Not to mention it's also a place to hang with your friends that's safe and friendly.
I'd appreciate if you guys would listen to your customer and make the food correctly . Smh
Yet another disappointing sonic trip. If other fast food restaurants were open late, this sonic would be out of business. Long waits, always out of things, bad customer service and overall a HORRIBLY managed store. Of course my order was messed up yet again and I'd love to speak with the franchise owner because this location has never once given me a good experience or what I ordered. Idk why I keep going back thinking heave fixed their issues...
Waited 45 min for 2 ice creams got double charged after being told my ice cream wasn't available. Then told by Gm there's nothing they can do!
Usually slow especially in the morning Also not very friendly
The drinks are ok, but there is never a cherry in the cherry limeade.
Terrible wait EVERY time! And food is always wrong.
