If Bluffton has a mask ordinance then why is this only place so far I've seen where employees are not wearing masks in Bluffton??? Myself, family, or friends will not be eating here again where the establishment is not following the rules. This also shows that the establishment does not care about the customers health. Covid-19 is real. This needs to be reported.. Also they took our food to the wrong car and didn't give us all our drinks. Smh. This was a mess.

We went to get milkshakes tonight & didn’t know that the 1/2 price after 8:00 had ended. Our total came out to $8.15 for two SMALL milkshakes & I was a little apprehensive to pay that much. Apparently, one of the big bosses was working the window & only has 1 cook because of how awful the staff used to be. He gave us the employee discount & was so sweet. When you go, give them a little grace. They’re trying to rebuild their team. 10/10 recommend ♥️
This location needs to be shut down! I couldn't tell you the last time I had a good experience here. Just waited for at least 15 minutes for a flat coke and a float, which for some reason had to be brought out separate. The float got shaken up when she ran it to the car and exploded immediately inside my freshly detailed car and all over my clothes!
Ridiculous, waiting 20 min and spent 20$ on 2 hot dogs and 2 “large” tots (that were half full) and nothing was hot!
Waited forever for 2 milkshakes. Ordered peanut butter cookie shakes, they didn’t even put peanut butter in them. The green picnic tables are falling apart. The benches were falling off. The new chairs and tables are half covered in white paint. The place is falling apart and there is never anyone working.
Literally waited 15 minutes in the drive through for a hotdog...and I was only the 3rd person in line...
Would have gave 0 stars if it let me. How do you fuck up a large slush and a vanilla ice cream in a cup? And wait more that ten minutes for a simple order? No cooking involved? Was given a small slush and a shake. Then was given a cone. I would rather stick a fork in an outlet on purpose than to come back here, because I at least GOT WHAT I WANTED. Fucking morons......
