Employees are very rude the milk shake Michener have not work all summer.
Milkshake machine hasn't worked in at least a month. Very poor customer service ( and that's being generous) and poor product. It's sad really but they act like they're the only game in town. Dairy Queen is really good plus can teach Sonic staff a few things about customer service. Hopefully they'll put one in on the island and I'll never have to go back there again for a cranberry limeade.
Ordered a large #8. Got a medium drink and chicken and no fries. Didn't get my fries after I went back through the drive thru. Everyone there was so rude and refused to help me. I was told that I had to say I wanted a combo, like ordering a #8 wasn't enough.
Waited in line ... ordered ... Waited some more ... get up to the window just to find out their credit card machine waa broke.. so guess what, no food for us. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE we sat there in line waiting.
The last two times my husband and I have been to the sonic and Bluffton they have not been open and said they were having staffing issues. The first time we went The man on the intercom said that all of his staff had just walked out 😒😚 :-( Summer is almost here and I will not be back very poor service when you're told on two different occasions that they have staffing issues and are not open
Waited in line for about a half hour and was given the wrong sandwich. Now I'm sitting here at work with said sandwich feeling disappointed. :(
This is the worst place for service.... They can't comprehend what you ask them!!! Thanks for my melted milk shakes! No common sense!!!!
