too many 'upgrades' procedures for insurance and out of pocket - which causes me to wonder if I actually needed some of the work performed. Hygienist is always charging extras for a basic cleaning - which is nothing different than your regular cleaning - yet they found an additional charge for the insurance as well as out of pocket. Do not go to this dentist. She is a nice person which is more than I can say about her rude and unprofessional receptionist. But the work is not good, I was left in more pain than when I went in and she started work on me without getting approval from my insurance, so she was unable to finish which left me worse off than before we started.
Dr.Sonia has been treating me and my family for many years. She is an amazing dentist, she recommends what is in the best nature of me and my family. The professionalism and staff is so great.

I really wanted to like the experience here, but unfortunately it fell short. I didn't feel like I was listened to and felt uncomfortable with the treatment recommended, which then led to unexpected charges. I came for a routine cleaning and was told that I needed a "deep cleaning," which felt like a regular cleaning at other dentists. I felt like the goal for them was to make money, rather than doing what was best for the patient.
