I have been going to Sonia’s hair braiding shop since I was a young girl. I had an experience with them with knotless braids and they didn’t braid it down enough. I vowed to never let them braid my hair again. I went to get my braids taken down and kept informing them of the length of my hair. They cut majority of my hair while taking it down and didnt brush it after the take down because they knew they cut my hair and they laughed about it. I will NEVER return.
