Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Not really Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Dr S is a very cool, capable doc. I have no reservations about his knowledge or skills. He's always been frank, and up on the latest meds, stats, and procedures. Office management is another matter though. Compared to other Osler facilities, the wait times in this office are greatly extended. I've seen upwards of 20-30 people in the waiting room- other Osler offices typically have 3-5. I've waited an hour or more just get into the SMALL waiting room, and for busy working people this can be an issue. I've also seen some odd s... read more

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. For 22 years, Dr.Soni has provided c are to the children in my family, daughter, son, niece, nephew ,and now granddaughter! When he tells you he'll meet you at the hospital, is like having Carte Blance treatment!
