Dr. Mindy Song at the Center for Nuroscience is a very rude, arrogant, disrespectful and unprofessional neurologist. I waited almost 3 months to be seen by her, only to be treated with total disrespect. She did not let me speak, and became extremely agitated when I would not agree to Botox injections as a form of treatment, then proceeded to mimick me. I am shocked that such a prestigious group of neurologist and neurosurgeons would have someone like Dr. Song representing their practice.

I can relate to the previous response. I had a stroke and serious issues left from another neurosurgeon. I saw Dr 3 times and I can attest that she is extremely arrogant, does not listen, and seem to have 0 empathy. Dr Song may be a genius, but that becomes irrelevant because she does not seem to bother to treat a patient with respect. I don't need to deal with a doctor that treats me like a nuisance when I need help with a health issue. she does deserve a 0 star not a one.

After she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, she gave a useless and unrelated diagnosis and ruined my ability to see other doctors by calling me a troublesome patient. No one will even consider seeing me now, and my medical problem persists.

Her lack of medical knowledge, care and follow up was outrageous. After going to see her for a stroke she had no advice regarding the cause, follow up measures or preventative measures. Luckily we sought care else where where the dr actually told us what had occured, figured out why it occured and what needed to be done to address the underlying issue. Her only suggestion for me was to go to assisted living. She did not seem interested in diagnoising or treating my issue or prolonging my life.
