Great team, very helpful with any question that is on your heart. great view. The Hudson River is very close.
Reason for one star is that while staying there for work with my wife and 13 year old kid, We had a male maintenance worker come into the room while we were sleeping. The opening of the door woke me up and I jumped out of bed yelling "who is that". He immediately backed out of the room and said he needed to check the cables on the television but could come back later on. Everything about this hotel, I would recommend if you are on a budget. You are a 10 minute walk from the train that takes you to the World Trade Center, which was quite convenient. The hotel room we got kind of looked like it was an apartment at some point? Which was neat and different. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was cheap. I would stay here again
Our first stay, but will not be our last. Sonesta establishment and staff were great. The suite offered everything we needed to enjoy our room, and the staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be staying here again. Close to everything we wanted to be a part of. Thank you
