By far the WORST hotel i’ve ever stayed at in michigan. This place had roaches, enough said. I would t recommend this place to a homeless person. Staff, management HORRIBLE. It’s right by 12 oaks mall which makes it even worse, such a nice area for a bad experience. Please be advised and stay away from this place. They did not even want to refund me when I discovered it was roaches, they wanted to move me next door, disgusting.
Pool should have been open in 80+ weather. Coffee pot in room would have been nice. Regular coffee & creamers in Lobby. Hard copy of TV Channels in room would have been nice. Spent 5 days & 4 nights.
Room was very clean, staff was friendly
Pool was closed w 90 degree weather and breakfast is no longer served June 2025 This shokold be updated on site or told to guest when booking and checking in
