Unacceptable and dishonest – avoid this place If you don’t want to pay a five-star hotel price for a motel stay — don’t stay here. Everything about this experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I booked 5 nights at a confirmed rate and authorized the charge. The next day, without my knowledge or consent, the hotel charged an additional $400 to my card, claiming the rate had changed overnight. Terrible experience: double charged and no refund! I had an awful experience with this hotel. They charged me twice for the same room: once through Expedia, and again ($450) directly at the hotel from my card that was only meant to be used as a deposit. When I raised the issue the next morning, the staff acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund within 24h. It’s now been over a week, and I’m still waiting for my money back.
