Booked a 2-queen room for a 2-night stay. Great location near Walmart and other businesses in the shopping center. Arrived late on a Friday PM - greeting took a while as the agent was away from the desk. Once she arrived, we were taken care of promptly, and given a second-story 2-queen, connected room that was connected with a loud neighbor (heard both in the room and hallway past 10pm). Definitely recommend going to this hotel , costumer service was amazing and rooms were very clean thanks so much to crystal for helping me out at front desk if you ever need a hotel in novi this is the place to go!!
