I booked 2 rooms on March 18th 2025. I called back in March 20th 2025, due to I needed to change the date. I was told I had to first cancel my 2 rooms. But I would only get a refund for 1 room only. I sent in a request gor help. I called back today March 21st 2025, to request my full refund for both rooms. Then I booked 2 more rooms. Well I booked the new 2 rooms at 3pm. This is a 3-3.5 star hotel so I do not expect anything extravagant. However, I was blown away with the 5 star service by the woman who helped me DARNISHA. This woman understands customer service, If my review was only based on her, this would be a solid 5 star review. Sonesta, thank you for having a competent understanding person willing to help at any time and thank you Darnisha for beings so helpful.
