Horrible experience. No mini-fridge and no microwave. I was told 'only by request'. Hello, I have 8 bags of groceries. Did it not dawn on you that I might need a fridge and microwave? I was treated badly. Never going to another Sonesta again. I was forced to check out as there was no attempt to even help me find a suitable room.
Room were very nice and this place is close to the 12 oak mall. The price was really nice!! Compared to the other surroundings hotels.
Booked a 2-queen room for a 2-night stay. Great location near Walmart and other businesses in the shopping center. Arrived late on a Friday PM - greeting took a while as the agent was away from the desk. Once she arrived, we were taken care of promptly, and given a second-story 2-queen, connected room that was connected with a loud neighbor (heard both in the room and hallway past 10pm).
