Everything was pretty good, in a great location, rooms were nice.
Used to come here all the time, but now they only give you 1 extra towel for a party of 2. They lock you out for a late check out and take forever to grab your car. 4 elevators take forever to come to the lobby. Plus, the starbucks closes early, no star rewards, not a full menu. Not recommending this place anymore.
We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that clearly had not been cleaned. After bringing this to the front desk’s attention, we were moved to another room, which unfortunately had multiple issues as well. The refrigerator was completely frozen over, the bed sheets were dirty, and there was barely any hand soap provided. The shower head was broken and leaked water all over the bathroom floor when used.
