Checked in today, asked for a high floor and got floor 8. 8th floor is basically like a 2nd floor and since there are 25 floors how is 8 a high floor? Then we find our room looks out on pool where an event then proceeded to take place. Could not open curtains as people right outside our windows. Lots of noise as our room on corner of hall leading to the pool area. Once it was over we had to listen to all the tables and chairs being taken down and rolled down the hall (which is our rooms wall side) and put into a closet right... read more

My experience with the hotel was great as it was in the City Center. So no complaints.

Location was great, near center city and rittenhouse. Room was small, bathroom was tiny, both were outdated. Window leaked water into the room, probably from age. Furniture was worn. Pillow were not great. HVAC could adequately cool the room. Lobby is tired and needs a renovation. Breakfast restaurant has very few options.

Really convenient location. There's a little coffee shop type jawn downstairs and you get a few bucks credit when you check in. Parking costs the sacrifice of your first born son, but there's trains in all directions. Staff were super friendly. My only complaint is that there's no exhaust fan for the bathroom and my ass stinks so I almost became captain dookie shorts waiting for the elevator to take me to the bathroom in the lobby.
