Perfect location in downtown Philadelphia. Minutes to everything. The staff was super friendly check in and check out was easy. The valet parking made it easier to maneuver and not having to find parking.
The hotel staff is awesome. Thank you for taking such great care of my parents. Thank you for the diligence with our forgotten item. Highly recommended hotel!
The room itself was ok. For the price, I can't say it was the best value. The first issue I ran into was the fact that the door would not lock due to washers being installed, so the door would close. Because of this the door seal was off and I could hear literally everything that happened in the hall, all night long. The next issue what is a white flashing light in the smoke alarm. I didn't notice it until I turned off the lights, but as soon as they were off there was a bright white LED flashing every 30 seconds from inside... read more
