It can be a bit confusing if you're not used to bigger city hotels, but there is a parking garage attached to the hotel that has valet parking. Huge plus and we loved the ease of parking and picking up our car. The hotel is clean and easy to navigate and has lots of communal space in the lobby. i recently stayed this past weekend, after reading some of the reviews i kinda dreaded staying. I was very surprised that there were any negative reviews for this hotel. I found the hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the valet men were GREAT. My room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The location was nice you could walk to places to eat and shop
Absolutely disgraceful experience with Sonesta, and one that completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. Before our stay, I called the hotel three separate times to verify that arriving after a concert and checking in as late as 2:00 AM would be acceptable. Every single time, I was told it would not be a problem. Not once did anyone mention a different cutoff time, and apparently not one employee bothered to make a note on our reservation.
