Pros: Fiona was new, but very friendly & attempted to be accomodating on the 1st room attempt Cons: I bring Lysol with me to all rooms I check into at Sonestas now, because on my 1st visit here (as I indicated to Fiona upon check-in) & Room #314 that was visited hour(s) prior to my 1st Room evaluation Check the photo General Manager (seems not to care); maybe you'll believe me this time since you made me capture it moments after my check-in

Room was garbage, AC barely works, room is hot and humid. Very dirty, staff did not clean toilet. There was dead bugs on ground of room and bugs flying around. I don’t recommend staying here, at all.
