Do not recommend. No refrigerator or microwave in room (as advertised). The ONLY ice machine in the entire hotel was broken, judging by the appearance of the hand written sign, for quite awhile. Bed was uncomfortably soft. The room was hot and the ac unit, when turned down to 62 still didnt cool it, despite running all night. Only one set of towels in room. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Shower had poor shower.
Clean rooms but computer glitch showed different reservation than the email I got and I paid with their visa but they couldnt find the record of it. But I had the confirmation showing it was paid for. Customer service agent was great but there was the worst time getting in touch with someone to help her. Meanwhile we were here due to my father being in Ruby Memorial hospital and the added stress was unfair.
I came to this hotel with my fiancé and my two service animals for work. This hotel is your average few night cheap stay , however let me tell you staying here for 2 months the staff is what made me give this hotel 5 stars . Carla, Ashley, Katy, and Daniel definitely make this place worth the stay. They provided all of their services to me and my family to ensure us a clean and happy stay.
