I came to this hotel with my fiancé and my two service animals for work. This hotel is your average few night cheap stay , however let me tell you staying here for 2 months the staff is what made me give this hotel 5 stars . Carla, Ashley, Katy, and Daniel definitely make this place worth the stay. They provided all of their services to me and my family to ensure us a clean and happy stay. Checked in with Ease and was Offered to some Fresh Chocolate Chip Cookies, and they're Delicious. The Bed seems to be Firm , I'd rather have a Softer Bed. They have in the Shower already Soaps and Shampoo and Conditioner. Actually it doesn't smell too bad as well. I will be Getting some more of them Delicious Cookies.
Between no working air, bugs in the rooms. And all the black mold on the bathroom walls. I would advise to stay anywhere else but this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly, with food bowls and beds available. Overall budget accommodation. Furnishings, linens, rooms are tired and due for an overhaul. Location is excellent. My room was clean upon check-in, no mold or bugs as mentioned by other guests.
