Upon entering the hotel, the main door was broken and propped open. We checked in at 10:45 pm. The elevator broke with us in it. There was a bang and then we were stuck. It somehow got to the 4th floor where we all got out. It remained broken until our checkout. The room was NOT cleaned. We were given keys to a used room. There were beer cans overflowing all three trash cans. Beds were slept in and the bathroom was dirty. We asked for a new room and they said they didn't have any. Great Motel My finance and me stay there frequently, because it’s very close to Ruby Memorial. Breakfast is wonderful they have nice sit down, at table with tv in dining area. Staff at Front desk was-mostly friendly. The ones that stand out to us is, Johnathon, he is friendly, and Courteous to me and my fiancé, also Morgan she’s great to both of us. Johnathon and Morgan is smiling and helpful. The Motel allow pets which is very helpful when staying away from home. Thanks

I have had to frequent this hotel for a year now to help take care of my father. At first I thought it was great but, over the last few months the staff is always different and the breakfast buffet became less and less and was also being torn down way before 10am like it was the first few months. Also the last time I stayed I used Booking.com and the hotel still charged me for one nights stay and refused to reimburse me. I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Terrible management team.
