I’ve had enough of this hotel already! The so Called assistant general manager Diana tried scamming on me from when I tried extending my stay she had added my pets to a single night stay every night to my first invoice which was drastically reduced after I got my case worker on the phone, then I’m being told I can’t extend my stay because they found poo stains on their linen they believed to be my pets … I have ulcerative colitis and was constipated from eating their uncooked food in the mornings … I’ve had a flood in the ro... read more
We had a one night stay in a suite at Sonesta Es Suites in Markham and it was absolutely amazing! The facilities are nice and modern and very clean. The rooms are really comfortable with excellent bedding. The pillows were soft and yet firm - perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included (good coffee which is key) and took advantage of the pool which is such a nice added feature. I went on Wed, Sept 3rd for one night and one of the front desk staff named Arshad was VERY kind and helpful. He made us feel so welcomed and gave us an upgrade to a two bedroom, with no extra cost. He was the nicest person we encountered when staying at a hotel. We would definitely come back. Plus a free breakfast is always nice being that the overall cost was affordable. The only thing was that the burners werent turning on in our kitchen, but it's alright because we ended up not using them anyway.
